We have an opportunity for part time/ full-time English Language Trainers (multiple positions) to train people from diverse backgrounds. Must have excellent communication, should be able to make a "visible learning impact" and bring out the results as the focus of training is on increasing employability of the learners 1. Focus to be on "Applied & Functional English" and not theoretical learning 2. Using and innovative creative learning methodologies to make classes interactive (we do not want PPT-driven trainings) 3. Taking the ownership for shaping the careers of the learners through the sessions 4. Working closely with the front-end team to analyse the needs of the prospective students and suggest the suitable module. 5. Regular assessments, feedback and follow-ups to map the needle movement in the learning Joining immediate. Females only. Preference to candidates from nearby areas. Requirements 1. Must have 1-10 years of training in Communicative English, catering to learners from diverse backgrounds (including learners with little or no literacy in English), sensitive to the needs of the learners and plan effective sessions accordingly 2. Should have relevant certifications of English training 3. Develop the content, session plans, assessments 4. Excellent communication in English and Kannada MUST. Knowledge of other South Indian languages and Hindi desirable. 5.
