-Having Sound in measurement of work,Client billing, Reconciliation, BOQ, knowledge of computer etc-. -Coordinating with site supervisor and client engineer to execute a smooth run of job. - Planning for daily activity schedule for labour, masons, carpenters, bar binders & other works to ensure optimum use of manpower - Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports. Discussing & managing with the Project Architect & Project Manager related to material, manpower & equipment on weekly basis - Calculating the requirement of material to be used at site - Preparation of QA Documents (Checklists, Pour cards, Testing Reports etc.). -Reconciliation of all construction material used at site, reconciling measured quantities as per purchase order, as per built drawing and running account bills, checking and keeping control on the wastage of material at site, making monthly material consumption reports. - Keeping track of the progress of ongoing projects,preparing the progress report for the same giving the status of activities, percentage completion of activities as per the schedule.
